How quickly do orders dispatch?
Orders confirmed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day, with tracking emailed on dispatch.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents. The sender name on the label is neutral.
What is the difference between the kit and a cartridge?
The kit is the first order for a compound: an insulated cooler case, a reusable click-calibrated injector pen and one premixed cartridge. The cartridge is the repeat order: premixed and ready to load into the pen you already have, with no case and no pen. The lyophilised powder vial is a separate item, sold on its own.
How do the supply plans work?
Supply plans run on premixed cartridges, the part of an order that repeats. Add a cartridge, choose a 3-month or 6-month plan at checkout, and the cartridges are dispatched monthly across the term with 10% or 15% off every dispatch respectively. Kits, powder vials and accessories are always one-time orders: the case and pen are yours from the first delivery, so there is nothing to send again. A one-time order is available on everything with no commitment.
How do I pay?
On Telegram. Place your order here, then send it to the team on Telegram with your order reference and they will confirm stock and send payment details for bank transfer or crypto. Your order dispatches once payment clears.
Can I get a certificate of analysis?
Yes, COAs are available for any listed batch on request. Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your order reference.

Purchasers must be 18 or over and every order is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Nothing we sell is for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis or treatment.
